In 1984 a new opportunity opened up for Byron Center Locker. Sysco Food Service of Grand Rapids was looking for a supplier that could provide them with fresh cut steaks to be distributed by Sysco to hotels, restaurants, and institutions throughout Michigan.

Down but not Out!
A fire on July 22, 2007, destroyed our retail store, offices, and some product spaces. With assist from contractors, vendors, and employees, we set temporary spaces and were back in production in 3 days.

New Retail Store - May 2009
